Introduction about double planetary mixer

Double planetary mixer is a kind of mixing equipment that integrates dispersion and mixing without dead point. It is suitable for polymer lithium ion battery fluid and liquid lithium ion battery fluid, electronic electrode slurry, adhesive, mold glue, silicone Sealants, sealants, anaerobic adhesives, inks, pigments, etc. It is especially used in the mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolution, homogenization, emulsification and other processes of high viscosity and high solid content materials.

The double planetary mixer is equipped with low-speed stirring parts and high-speed dispersing parts. The low-speed stirring parts are driven by planetary gears. 

The stirring paddle also rotates when it revolves, so that the material moves up and down and around, so as to achieve the ideal mixing effect in a short time. 

The high-speed dispersing component revolves together with the planet carrier and rotates at high speed at the same time, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing,dispersing and mixing, and its effect is several times that of ordinary mixers. 

The dispersing parts are divided into monodispersing shafts and double dispersing shafts, which can be selected by customers according to their needs; the rotating speed of the low-speed stirring machine and the high-speed dispersing head in the kettle adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and different rotating speeds can be selected according to different viscosities of different processes.
