Introduction and operation of vacuum emulsifer unit

Do you know what a vacuum emulsifier is? Do you know its function and how to use it? Actually, the production of cream, paste, and thick sauce is inseparable from the vacuum emulsifier, and it is also suitable for the production of high-viscosity material industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and fine chemicals. The equipment can be quickly homogenized, and the homogeneous emulsification effect is good (particle size up to 1um). In addition, it also has functions and advantages such as heating, cooling and vacuum degassing, production hygienic conditions in line with national standards, high thermal efficiency, reliable electrical control, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, and low labor intensity.


The vacuum emulsifier unit are composed of main emulsifying pot, oil pot, water pot, electrical control system, hydraulic system, vacuum system and rack. The main pot is composed of a homogenizing stirring pot, a homogenizing mechanism, and a two-way stirring mechanism. The following SIEGMA explains the use and precautions of the vacuum emulsifier.

 

1. After the production is completed, the vacuum emulsifier must be cleaned, which not only maintains the working efficiency of the stator and rotor, but also protects the seal of the emulsifier. If necessary, a set of cleaning circulation devices should be designed and installed near the periphery.

 

2. After confirming that the machine seal cooling water is turned on, the emulsifier starts the motor, and the motor rotation must be required to be consistent with the rotation mark of the main shaft before it can run and work, and reverse rotation is strictly prohibited!

 

3. If there is liquid leakage at the shaft during operation, the pressure of the mechanical seal must be adjusted after shutdown.

 

4. According to the different media used by the user, the inlet and outlet filters must be cleaned regularly to avoid the reduction of the feed amount and affect the production efficiency. The material entering the working chamber must be fluid, and no dry powder or agglomerate material is allowed to directly enter the machine, otherwise, it will cause boring and damage the vacuum emulsifier.

 

5. It is strictly forbidden for metal chips or hard and difficult-to-break debris to enter the working cavity of the vacuum emulsifier, so as to avoid destructive damage to the working stator, rotor and equipment.

 

6. Before using this vacuum emulsifier, it is necessary to formulate corresponding safety production operation procedures to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. In the electrical control system, users should set up a safety protection system and have a good and reliable electrical motor grounding device.

 

7. If the working chamber of the process can be equipped with a thermal insulation layer, it is used to cool or heat the material, and the cooling liquid or heat transfer oil should be connected first when the machine is turned on. The working pressure of the insulating interlayer is less than or equal to 0.2Mpa. When processing temperature requirements, it must be heated or cooled to the normal working temperature, cranked, and turned on.

 

8. When the emulsifier is used in a flammable and explosive working environment, an explosion-proof motor of the corresponding level must be selected.

 

9. Usually, the cooling water of the mechanical seal should be connected before opening the vacuum emulsifier. When the machine is stopped, the machine should be shut down and then the cooling water will be cut off. The cooling water can be tap water. The material must enter the working chamber to start the machine, and it is necessary to ensure that it does not run when the material is cut off to avoid idling, which will cause the mechanical seal to burn out due to high temperature or affect the service life. Cooling water inlet and outlet fittings are equipped with hose size inner diameter.

 

10. Usually, it is only necessary to enter the material into the TRL1 pipeline equipment through the high-level dead weight, and the feed must be continuously input to keep the material with good fluidity. When the fluidity of the material is poor, when the viscosity is ≧ 4000CP, the inlet of the SRH pipeline equipment should be equipped with a transfer pump, and the pumping pressure is 0.3Mpa. The selected pump should be a colloid pump, whose flow rate matches the flow range of the selected pipeline emulsifier.

 

11. The stator and rotor of the vacuum emulsifier need to be checked regularly. If the wear is too large, the corresponding parts should be replaced in time to ensure the effect of dispersion and emulsification.

 

12. When using the vacuum emulsifier, the liquid material must be continuously input or kept in a certain amount in the container. Empty machine operation should be avoided, so as not to cause high temperature or crystal solidification of materials in the work, which may damage the equipment!

 

13. Once the vacuum emulsifier has abnormal sound or other faults during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then run after the fault is eliminated. After shutdown, clean the working chamber, stator and rotor.
