(2) It is strictly forbidden to adjust the equipment when it is working. If it is necessary to adjust, wait for the equipment to stop rotating before operating.

(3) When the equipment is working, it is strictly forbidden to put the head, hands or other parts of the body into the mixing tank to avoid personal injury.

(4) The kneader is designed for forward kneading and reverse kneading. Due to the pressure outward during reverse rotation, long-term operation will have adverse effects on the shaft seal of the machine. Therefore, the kneader manufacturer SIEGMA reminds everyone not to carry out long-term reverse kneading. change.

(5) The heating system of the kneader is in a high temperature state when working, so be careful when using it, and it is strictly forbidden to check the steam pipeline by hand to avoid burns.

(6) It is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts of the equipment with hands to avoid personal injury accidents. If the equipment fails and needs to be repaired, the power supply should be cut off, the rope should be pulled up and a warning sign should be hung.

(7) The operator is not allowed to change the inverter parameters at will.

(8) During the working process of the kneader, if there is any abnormal sound, it should be stopped immediately, and the machine should be restarted after troubleshooting.
