Methods of maintenance for kneading machine

How should worker do maintenance for kneader(kneading machine),let us discuss about it today!

1. Daily maintenance

(1) Before the shift: The operator first checks the shift record in order to understand what happened in the previous shift, and then starts to check the equipment one by one according to the content specified in the kneader equipment check card, and make records carefully. At the same time, add lubricating oil (grease) according to the lubricating parts specified in the lubrication chart of the kneader. When starting to run the kneader, run slowly at a low speed and idle for 5 minutes. At the same time, check the thermometer to see if it reaches the temperature required by the process.

 

(2) During the shift: pay attention to whether the sound of the kneader is abnormal. At the same time, it is necessary to see whether the temperature, inverter and other instrument signals on the electric control cabinet are normal.

 

(3) After shift: turn off the power and stop the rotation of the kneader. Start cleaning the equipment and clean up the dirt, slag, etc. carefully. Make shift records.

 

(4) The equipment inspection personnel should carry out the equipment inspection work carefully and meticulously, mainly to check whether the oil level of the equipment reducer is on the specified oil mark line. When the main motor is working, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the temperature of the motor is too high, whether the fasteners of the kneader are loose, whether the oil cup is filled with oil according to regulations, etc., and the equipment inspection record should be filled in at the same time.

 

2. Weekly maintenance

Weekly maintenance is mainly carried out by the equipment operator every weekend, and the maintenance time is about 2h.


(1) Equipment surface: Wipe and clean, gear box, hydraulic station, pulley cover, discharge port, mixing cylinder, large cover and other exposed parts should be thoroughly cleaned, and the rusted position should be derusted. No dead corners for equipment hygiene are left.


(2) Transmission part: Check whether there is abnormal sound in the rotation of the main shaft, and whether the fasteners are loose. Whether there is leakage in the main shaft.


(3) Hydraulic device: Wipe the gear box, hydraulic station and reducer oil mark to keep it clear, so as to see the oil level. All oil filling holes and oil cups should be kept clean, and no debris is allowed to enter.


(4) Electrical part: Wipe the appearance of the motor, the surface of the snake skin tube, check the insulation and grounding, and wipe the surface of the electric control cabinet clean.
