Introduction of kneading machine

1.The working principle of the kneader(kneading machine)

 The kneader is produced by a pair of Sigma-type agitators that cooperate and rotate with each other to produce a strong shearing effect, so that the semi-dry state or rubber-like viscous plastic materials can quickly react to the materials to obtain uniform mixing and stirring. In some places, it is also called reaction pot, kneading pot, etc.

2.Application of kneader(kneading machine)

 The kneader is mainly used for high viscosities and elastic materials, which mostly is used in chemical, food, plastic, pharmaceutical and other industries.

3.The structure of kneader

 The kneader is mainly composed of five major parts: the kneading part, the base and the supporting part, the hydraulic system, the transmission system and the electric control system.

• Kneading  has two Sigma-type paddles. The speeds of the two paddles are different. Different speeds can be set according to different processes. The most common speed is 42/28 rpm and it can rotate at forward or reverse.

•  The hydraulic system is controlled by a hydraulic station to complete the functions such as turning the cylinder and opening the cover. The detailed parameters can be selected and required by the user, and the operation is convenient and reliable.

•  The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer and a gear, and the motor is matched according to the model of the kneader.The transmission part of the kneader is synchronously rotated by the motor. After the elastic coupling reaches the reducer, the fast pulp is driven by the output device to make it reach the specified speed, and the speed can also be adjusted by the frequency converter.

•  Electronic control system:Usually, the kneader is equipped with a common control cabinet. If the customer's material has special requirements and needs to work under explosion-proof conditions, the control cabinet can be used in isolation. If the viscosity of the material is too high, an auto-decompression starter can be used.

4.Customized Features

 The kneader can be designed in the form of heating and non-heating according to the needs. The heating methods are usually: electric heating, steam heating, circulating hot oil heating, and electric heating. Cooling methods include circulating water cooling, circulating oil cooling, etc.

The discharging methods of the kneader include hydraulic dumping, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, etc. The end of the screw can be equipped with a pelletizing knife.
