1. Be sure to follow the operating procedures of the equipment, which is a good maintenance for the equipment.

2. Add materials and mix after the equipment starts normally. When adding materials, they should be added slowly in the order required by the process.

3. Prepare the sealing ring, the rubber ring for the coupling, the V-belt and the light-moving bearing. The working parts of these parts are prone to failure and should be replaced in time if necessary.

4. Regularly check whether the fasteners are loose; check the tightness of the V-belt installation; all parts of the equipment should be cleaned and decontaminated.

5. Maintenance can generally be carried out once a year. Note:

(1) Check whether the main drive shaft is bent or worn.

(2) Check and clean the cylinder, replace the consumable parts of the sealing ring and guide sleeve, and check whether the piston rod has bending deformation and wear.

(3) Disassemble each rolling bearing, clean and check: replace the severely worn parts. Replace grease and seals.

(4) After the main parts are checked, make a record, test if necessary, and prepare the parts and accessories for the next maintenance and replacement.
