Electrical configuration: The main motor, pump motor, button and indicator light can be matched with ordinary type or explosion-proof type according to user requirements. The wall-mounted electrical box (the electrical appliances in the box are common types) are randomly delivered from the factory. The user can install the electrical box in the power distribution room of the workshop or other suitable locations according to the site conditions, and lay the wiring according to the electrical schematic diagram.

Operating

1. Check before operation: check the rotation direction of the motor (in the direction indicated by the operation arrow), check the tightness of the triangle tape, and the oil level of the hydraulic station.

2. Turn on the power supply, start the oil pump motor, make the rack rise to an appropriate height, then place the container into which the slurry is loaded under the dispersing machine tray, slowly lower the rack, and insert the dispersing tray into the container at an appropriate depth position , after the descending stops, the main motor can be started to stir, mix and disperse the slurry in the container.

3. If there is any abnormal sound during operation, stop the operation immediately, carry out inspection, find out the cause, and restart the car after eliminating the fault.

Important Notes

The dispersing shaft should rotate in the indicated direction and cannot be reversed, so as to avoid accidents. In the case of no material, please do not start the main motor. Before the main engine runs, you must use the handle to lock the frame to prevent the frame from shaking.

Lifting, transport and installation

Hoisting and transportation, this machine is a large-volume equipment. There is another ring on each side of the fuselage for hoisting purposes. When transporting, it should be fastened with steel ropes as much as possible to reduce vibration and shaking. When parking, it should be placed according to the packaging position. , can not be placed upside down and lying down.

The installation equipment should be based on the dispersion axis, installed vertically aligned with the horizontal plane, and fixed with anchor bolts on the pre-made basis before it can be used. For basic requirements, please refer to the basic diagram. Start production after the basic maintenance period expires.
