Daily maintenance for SIEGMA basket mill

SIEGMA Basket mill requires very little daily maintenance, but the following still need to be noted:

1. Keeping the equipment and the environment clean is the basic condition for protecting the equipment, which can reduce many accidental and inadvertent failures.

2. Regularly check the hydraulic oil condition of the hydraulic station. If the hydraulic oil decreases, it should be replenished in time. If the hydraulic oil changes color, it should be replaced in time. The hydraulic oil specification is transformer oil or 20# mechanical oil. Generally, the oil tank of the hydraulic station and the oil filter at the inlet of the pump should be cleaned for half a year to a year. It is best to change the oil at the same time when cleaning, and at least all the hydraulic oil should be extracted and filtered once.

3. Regularly check the tightness of the V-belt in the upper frame and adjust it in time. When replacing the V-belt, it should be replaced with a new one to keep the correctness of the spindle speed to ensure the accuracy of the grinding and dispersing conditions.

4. The gondola is the working part of this series of equipment. It should be observed at any time during use. When it is necessary to disassemble the gondola, it should be carried out in the order from bottom to top: when removing the convection blade at the bottom, pay attention to the presence of a tungsten carbide shaftsleeve. It may slide out at the same time, do not let it fall to the ground to prevent breaking; then remove the bottom cover of the gondola; the body of the gondola; the entrance cover of the gondola, etc. For the first disassembly, it is best to ask the relevant professionals for guidance.

5. When dismantling and cleaning, in principle, do not dismantle the hanging basket body. After dismantling and cleaning, put it back in the order in which it was dismantled, and adjust the interval between the agitator and the bottom net to 0.20-0.40mm. No jamming, no vibration, and no noise are required .
