Precautions for the use of sand mill

When we operate sand mill(also called horizontal sand mill,bead mill,horizontal bead mill),it need notice the following points:

1. Do the preparations before the test machine.

2. Check whether the installation of each part is firm.

3. The rotation direction of each machine should run in the direction indicated by the arrow (the direction should be jogged to test).

4. Check whether the cooling water is smooth.

5. The V-belt adjustment is suitable for restarting. After 50 hours of operation, adjust it again.

6. Add grinding media from the top of the cylinder.

7. Start the feed pump first, and then start the main engine after the input material is discharged from the top sieve.

8. If the downtime is long, the dried materials on the screen should be cleaned.

9. When cleaning the rotor, it can only be rotated slightly and intermittently, because the rotor and the grinding medium run quickly in the cleaning liquid and are easily worn and broken.

10. When using new grinding media, it should be sieved to remove foreign objects such as impurity fragments.

11. After stopping for a long time, when restarting, the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium are often settling and the rotor is "stuck" tightly, especially when the viscous material is at a lower temperature, the "braking" phenomenon is particularly serious. At this time, when the jog motor cannot be started, it should be supplemented by "cranking" on the main shaft pulley by hand to input a small amount of solvent that has the ability to dissolve the material, so that the material is dissolved and loosened before starting. In short, do not start forcibly to avoid damage to electrical appliances and equipment.
