Introduction:

BKL series hydraulic liftng basket mill is especially suitable for the production of multi-batch, multi-variety and multi-color materials. The machine can make the powder-liquid phase to achieve excellent effect of grinding and dispersion, so as to form a stable and uniform suspension system, which widely used in paint, ink, dye, pigment, medicine, paper making, electronics and other industries.Typical appication as below:

Working Principle:

The hydraulic lifting basket mill integrates the function of dispersing and grinding,which means it can do pre-dispersion and fine grinding at the same time with a machine.

Step A:There is a self-priming impeller at the entrance of the grinding basket, which can generate strong eddy current and automatically suck materials when rotating at high speed

Step B:After the material enters the grinding basket, the pin type rotor stir the beads to grind the materials.

Step C:After the material passed through the ground area, the material is discharged from the bottom of the grinding basket.  Besides,there is a high-speed dispersion disc under the grinding basket to help disperse and spread materials. 

Step D:The strong eddy current effect promotes the circulation of materials through the grinding basket, forming a high-efficiency cycle immersion grinding of sucking - grinding - dispersing - resucking - regrinding.
