Introduction:

The working head of intermittent high shear dispersion emulsifier is mainly composed of stator and rotor with precise fit.The stator has self-priming impeller structure, the material can be sucked from the axial direction(up and down), the stator is toothed structure.When the rotor runs at high speed, the combined forces such as strong shear force, friction force, extrusion force and liquid flow collision are formed in the precision gap between rotor and stator.Batch emulsifiers usually work in an immersive mode,The working head circularly cuts the material in the container until the final product is obtained.

Working Principle:

1. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the centrifugal force is generated, and the material is continuously sucked into the shear area from the upper and lower feeding area of the working head.

2.The strong centrifugal force shoots material through the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. In this process, the material will be subjected to high shear force, centrifugal extrusion, impact friction and other forces, so that the material is initially dispersed and emulsified.

3.The material is continuously discharged from the radial direction at high speed, changing the flow direction under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall.In the next, under the action of up and down axial suction force generated by the rotor, the material forms up and down two strong turbulence.Finally, the materials will be sucked into shear area again.After so many cycles, the material finally completes the process of dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.

Mounting Mode:

There are mainly three type of mounting type for batch production high shear emulsifier&homogenizer:lifting type,top-mounted type and bottom&body mounted type.
