Vacuum homgenizing&emulsifying unit

Introduction:

EYM series high shear homogeneous emulsifying unit is an ideal equipment for producing various kinds of ointments, creams,pastes, cosmetics, chemicals, foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, emulsion and other products. The emulsifying system of  EYM series is composed of three parts: high shear emulsifying machine, frame agitator with scrapers, oblique paddle agitator, which can achieve high efficiency of material wetting, dispersion, mixing,homogenizing and emulsification. In addition,it can also be customized for agitators according to customer requirements.

Main Features:

• The lid can be raised or lowered to dump the material, or discharge from the bottom.

• The heat conduction medium in the jacket of the pot is heated by the electric rods.The temperature can be set and controlled automatically.

• The material can be cooled by circulating coolant through the jacket.

• Homogenized mixing has time setting function, easy to operate. The homogenization system and stirring system can be used separately or simultaneously.

• The particle size of the material can reach 200um-2um. emulsification, mixing, homogenization and dispersion can be completed in a short time.

• The parts contacting with the material are made of high quality stainless steel 316L or 304, the inner surface is mirror polished, the vacuum stirring device is sanitary and clean, and it is manufactured in accordance with the hygienic standard of GMP, which make it be the ideal production equipment for products in the form of cream,paste,jam,ointment.

• PLC control is optional.
